Sauna & Water Park Etiquette
Our goal is to provide all guests with a clean, safe and relaxing spa experience.
Please read and follow the guidelines below and be considerate of other visitors.

1. Safety & General Rules
- Wearing non-slip slippers is strongly recommended to prevent accidents
- The use of a swimming cap is recommended for guests with long hair
- Walk carefully on wet floors – running is prohibited
- Please follow safety signs and staff instructions at all times
2. Hygiene
- Shower thoroughly before entering the pools or saunas
- Showering must be done without swimwear
- Please remove makeup before entering the spa area
- Rinse off sweat after sauna use and before entering pools
- Swim diapers are mandatory for babies and toddlers
3. Sauna Etiquette
- Saunas are a quiet zone – please speak softly or remain silent
- Start with lower temperatures and increase gradually
- Recommended sauna time is 8–12 minutes, maximum 15 minutes
- Listen to your body and rest between sauna sessions
- Ask others for permission before adding water to the stones
- Cold plunge pools are recommended only after several sauna rounds
- Scrubs, aroma oils and whisking are not allowed in the sauna (except during special events organized by Tervisekoda)
4. Pools & Water Slides Safety
- Jumping into the water is allowed only in designated areas
- Use only the approved sliding position on water slides
- Wait until the previous guest has exited
- Follow age, height and weight restrictions
- Do not use slides when feeling unwell, injured or pregnant
- Slide use is prohibited under the influence of alcohol
5. Health & Personal Responsibility
- Each guest is responsible for their own health condition
- Guests with medical conditions should use saunas and pools moderately
- If you feel unwell, please refrain from using spa facilities
6. Alcohol Policy
- Consumption of personal alcohol is strictly prohibited
- Intoxicated guests are not allowed in the spa area
- The spa reserves the right to remove guests who violate this rule
7. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
- Please store valuables in locked lockers
- The spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items
8. Children & School Holidays
- During school holidays, the spa may be busier with children
- Lively sounds and joyful play may occur during these periods
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
9. Drinks
- Drink plenty of still water during and after sauna use
- Natural juice is allowed, but not inside sauna rooms
- Caffeinated drinks are not recommended for relaxation
